Do one thing - and do it better than anyone else

Our decks are not for everybody. We believe in a basic principle of business, perhaps life: if you try to do everything, you do nothing well. For that reason, we have chosen to focus on a certain type of customer, build a certain type of deck, and turn down all other types of work.

We don't build fences, we don't remodel basements - just decks. If Atlanta Deck has a mission, it is to do our part to bring families together; to create spaces that are so special and inviting that families will actually find each other again. No, we can’t change the world by building decks but we can make a difference.

Our Philosophy

Atlanta Deck strives to consider the “lifestyle-vision” of the family and build around this. This means that we want to understand how you see your lifestyle fitting in with the use of your deck or outdoor living space. We aim to enhance the family experience by creating an outdoor living space that will foster togetherness. We strive to learn about the owner, how they live, even how they want to live.

Atlanta Deck has been serving the Atlanta area for more than 5 years with custom designed and built deck and related projects. Our goal is to provide unique outdoor living spaces and decks that bring families together to enjoy the outdoors and each other's company.

"When you meet with one of our professionals, we may ask a lot of odd questions for a deck builder. Questions like, “Tell me about your family. What kind of people are you? What is important to you? How will you use the deck? Who will use the deck? When will you use the deck? What time do you get home from work? What are your hobbies?”

If your project doesn’t fit with our philosophy or mission, don’t be surprised if we decline to bid for your work. Don’t take it personally.
